Hybrid Humans is run by me, Tess Wehmeyer, as a sole trader (eenmanszaak) registered with the Dutch Chamber of Commerce (KvK) under number [60970553].

These terms have two parts. Part 1 applies to everyone who uses hybridhumans.org. Part 2 applies when you book a place in a Season. If an organisation books the work, a separate agreement with that organisation applies instead of Part 2.

Part 1: Using the website

By using the site, you agree to this part.

What you can and can't do

You are welcome to read the site, share links to it and get in touch with me. Please don't:

• copy or scrape its content in bulk, by hand or with automated tools

• use its content to train, fine-tune or test AI models

• try to get around its security or disrupt how it runs

• use it for anything unlawful or that harms someone else's rights

I reserve all rights in the site's content against text and data mining, as Article 4(3) of the EU Copyright Directive (2019/790) allows.

The work belongs to me

The text, frameworks, methods, graphics and names on this site, including Hybrid Humans, Identity Integration and the five abilities, are my work. You may read them, quote short passages with a credit and a link, and talk about them. Anything beyond that, such as teaching, adapting or selling the frameworks or methods, needs my written permission first.

Not advice

What you read here is general information about my work. It is not professional, medical or psychological advice.

Other services

The site uses tools from other providers, such as Calendly for booking. When you use them, their own terms apply, and I'm not responsible for how they run.

Availability and liability

The site is free to use and offered as it is. I may change, pause or remove parts of it at any time, and I can't promise it is always complete, correct or online.

As far as the law allows, I'm not liable for loss that comes from using the site or relying on it. This doesn't limit liability for intent, gross negligence, or anything else Dutch law doesn't allow me to limit.

Part 2: Taking part in a Season

Your place is confirmed once we have had the intake conversation, you have said yes, and I have sent you a confirmation and an invoice. By paying the invoice, you agree to this part.

Payment

The fee for Season 2 is 1,800 EUR. I use the Dutch small business scheme (kleineondernemersregeling, KOR), so no VAT is charged. The fee covers the intake, the six live sessions, the Friday input, the Signal group for the Season, and the holding calls in the first year after the Season.

You pay by bank transfer within 7 days of the invoice, and in any case before the first session.

If you can't take part

I don't give refunds. Each Season is a small room of four to six people, and a place that stays empty can't be filled once the room has begun.

What I do instead:

• Before the Season starts: if you tell me you can't come, you can move your place to a future Season within 12 months.

• During the Season: if something in your life means you can't continue, tell me. I'll offer you a place in a future Season within 12 months, so you can do the full arc.

Places are personal and can't be passed on to someone else. The fee you paid counts in full towards the Season you move to. If that Season costs more, you pay the difference.

Your legal right to withdraw. If you book as a private person rather than for a business, EU law gives you 14 days from the day we agree to change your mind. Tell me in writing within those 14 days and I'll refund what you have paid. If you ask for the Season to start within those 14 days and then withdraw, I refund the fee minus the part of the Season that has already taken place.

If you miss a session

Sessions are never recorded, so there is no recording to catch up with. If you know you'll miss a Tuesday, please tell me beforehand. The Friday input still reaches you, and at the start of the next session the room brings you back in.

Missing one session doesn't break the arc. If you miss more than two, the six weeks no longer carry in the same way, and we'll talk about whether a place in a future Season serves you better.

A missed session or holding call isn't refunded or repeated individually.

If I have to change something

If I have to move a session, I'll find a new date with the room. If I have to cancel or move a whole Season, you choose: a full refund, or a place in the next one.

Confidentiality in the room

What makes the room work is that people can say what they actually see. So everyone who takes part agrees to this:

• What others share in the room, and in the Signal group, stays there. You don't pass on what someone else said, who was there, or anything that could identify them.

• You can always talk about your own experience and what changed for you.

• No recording, screenshots or notes of what others say, in sessions or in the Signal group.

From my side: I keep what you share confidential. My notes stay with me, I don't put participant material into AI tools, and I never quote you without your explicit yes. The details are on the Privacy page.

There is one limit. If I'm seriously worried about your safety or someone else's, I may need to act on it. Wherever I can, I'll talk to you first.

What this work is, and isn't

Hybrid Humans is a developmental programme. It is not therapy and not medical or psychological treatment. You take part on your own responsibility. If it becomes clear that you need clinical support, I'll say so honestly, and we'll look together at whether to continue now or later.

Changes

I may update these terms. The version on this page applies from the date at the top. For a Season you have booked, the version in force when you paid applies.

Law and disputes

Dutch law applies to these terms. Any dispute goes to the competent court in the Netherlands, the Rechtbank Midden-Nederland. If you use the site or book as a private person, you keep the protection of the mandatory law of the country where you live.
